UFV Cascades men’s basketball program to hold Identification Camp
 
The University of the Fraser Valley Cascades men’s basketball team will be holding an identification camp on Saturday April 28th from 11AM to 2PM.  This will be an opportunity for young basketball players to get put through specific drill work by the UFV coaching staff, as well as scrimmage in an officiated setting.  UFV coaching staff will be evaluating talent, and multiple PACWEST men’s basketball coaches will be present as well.
 
The cost of the identification camp is $30 per student-athlete.  Only those that are serious about competing at a post-secondary level should attend. Please bring a reversible jersey, or at minimum a light and a dark shirt. Sign up and payment on arrival between 10:15 till 11am on April 28th, at the Envision Athletic Centre, UFV, Abbotsford campus.
 
The UFV Cascades men’s basketball program are the defending Canada West silver medalists and ranked 4th in the final CIS top ten poll.  UFV participated in the CIS “Final 8” national championship tournament in Halifax, Nova Scotia, finishing fourth in Canada.
