UFV Cascades women’s volleyball team defeat MSVC Mystics, 3-0, at CCAA National Championship Consolation Semi-Final
The University of the Fraser Valley Cascasdes women’s volleyball team defeated the Mount Saint Vincent College Myastics, 3-0, in the 2012 CCAA national championship consolation semi-final.  The Cascades won the sets by scores of 25-13, 25-16 and 25-18.  The Cascades advance in the consolation side of the tournament to play the loser of the semi-final match between Mount Royal and Medicine Hat.  If UFV wins the match tomorrow morning at 10AM PST, They advance to the 2012 CCAA Bronze Medal match and could come home with a national medal.  The Bronze medal match is scheduled for 5:30PM PST tomorrow.  The loser of tomorrow mornings game is done for the 2011-12 season.  
In defeating MSVC the Cascades registered 35 kills, an attack percentage of 35 and earned 35 assists.  The Cascades also recorded 4 blocks.
