Abbotsford — The UFV Cascades women’s basketball team jump to fifth in the national rankings this week after ending their regular season with a 17-5 record. The women are now the third Canada West team in the rankings, having leapfrogged the University of Saskatchewan Huskies.
The Cascades men make their first appearance on the charts, sneaking into 10th place also just ahead of the Saskatchewan Huskies. This marks the Cascades’ first appearance in the Top Ten this season.
