Golf Team finishes second at VIU Tournament

The University of the Fraser Valley Men’s Golf team finished second at the VIU/BCCAA golf tournament, in Nanaimo, BC. The Cascades remain in second place, three overall strokes behind, VIU, 1627 to 1630.

The Cascades team score on the weekend was 589, falling 1 stroke behind, VIU with 588.

The Cascades top golfer on the weekend was Mitch Lock, a fourth year General Studies major, from Mission, BC, with a two-day total of 145, good for 4th Place overall.

Brett Webster, a fourth year Business major from Abbotsford, BC finished tied for 5th Place overall with a two-day total of 147.
