Workshop in Mindfulness

Break the cycle of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion. Mindfulness is a well-researched, non-religious and effective means of promoting well-being. Join Eileen Burkholder, M. Ed. qualified Mindfulness Instructor and Registered Clinical Counsellor for this 9 week workshop. Students who attend this workshop in full are eligible for Co-Curricular record.

When: Thursdays, February 9 to April 13, 2017
(No session during Reading Break, Feb 16)
Time: 4:45 – 6:45 pm

This workshop is being offered to UFV students for FREE. Employees, faculty and staff are welcome to sign-up for a discounted rate of only $95.

In order to get the most success out of this course it is recommended that you set aside 40 minutes a day to practice your newly learned mindfulness skills.
