The University of the Fraser Valley rowing program gearing up to launch into its 2015-16 schedule, and Cascades rower Riley Dueck has produced a short promotional video.
The clip, posted above, gives fans a sneak peak at the Cascades and builds excitement for the coming season.
Earlier this year, Dueck sat down with Cascades head coach Liz Chisholm to get her insights on the art of coaching the sport. That video is posted below.
