Our Cascades student-athletes have long elicited cheers for their exploits on the court … or the pitch, the golf course or the river, depending on the sport they play.

This week, we salute them for their success in the classroom.

Many current and former Cascades received new academic credentials during UFV convocation ceremonies on Thursday and Friday at Abbotsford Centre.

The following is a list of the Cascades athletes and student trainers whose names appear in the UFV convocation program, interspersed with selected photos from the ceremonies. A larger album of Cascades grad photos can be found at flickr.com/ufvcascades.

Great coverage of all the athletes! What a journey! “Do not be sad it is over, be happy it happened. Dr. Seuss”.
