Support the UFV Cascades Basketball teams TONIGHT at Langley Events Centre (February 9th)
GAME DAY FOR CASCADES BASKETBALL TEAMS AT LANGLEY EVENTS CENTRE AGAINST TWU SPARTANS
Come to Langley, BC tonight and support the UFV Cascades men’s and women’s basketball teams as they play in the final Canada West regular season games of the 2011-12 campaign.  The Cascades men’s team is in a battle with UBC and University of Victoria for first place in the West Division, the Cascades could finish anywhere from first to third and they could use your support, help be the “sixth person” by cheering on your favorite Cascade team!
The Cascades women’s team has already clinched second place in the West Division of Canada West and will host the school’s first ever CIS/Canada West post season playoff series the weekend of February 23 to 26, at Envision Athletic Centre.  Tonight, in Langley, they can use your support as they close in on 12 wins and a 66 percent winning ratio for the regular season.
Both our teams are nationally ranked, the men 5th in Canada and the women 10th.This is a great accomplishment by the student-athletes, coaches and their staffs.  Come out and support the Cascades at the Langley Events Centre (LEC).  Wear lots of greenand black and show TWU’s fans who has the best “school spirit” in the Valley!
