Cascades defeat COTR Avalanche, 3-0, to improve PACWest record to 3-2
The University of the Fraser Valley Cascades men’s volleyball team defeated the College of the Rockies Avalanche, 3-0, to improve their PACWest regular season play at 3-2. The match was played at the Envision Athletic Centre. The sets were 25-20, 25-21 and 25-22.
“We played a solid match with contributions from everyone, but we’re expecting a tougher match tomorrow night,” said Head Coach Greg Russell.
The Cascades were led by Victor Zych, Port Coquitlam, BC with 6 kills and Jon Dvoark, Langley, BC with 6 digs.
